Compensation for tenured people could be better

Due to a lean team, u r not allowed to have any surprise leaves U dont have a backup resource in shift U r bound to work even after ur shift hours and the most bugging this is u r already getting week offs on rotational basis, even on our week offs they keep multiple meeting that extends for hours, and it really doesn't feel like a week off Lets say u r in night shift operating from home and if there is a meeting the next morning, they expect u to be in office which is unacceptable considering u worked the whole night
