      Pros

      Nightmare. Managers and Peers have no knowledge. Fooling the management. The MD Mr. Alok is too harsh and extreme micro management. Does not belong to be MD.

      Cons

      All people buttering Alok, exist in the company. The others are not getting a chance to perform because its a torture to work with these people. No projects. All the projects are seizing day by day. We are worried about our jobs. What will happen to us. CEO should look into this.
