it's noticeable that most projects are influenced by a Pakistani perspective. At times, there appears to be an inclination to showcase superiority, which can be off-putting. However, I've found the Indian team to be highly professional and skilled, contributing positively to the company's goals. Unfortunately, the company benefits offered are not as comprehensive, and the project scope tends to be limited to smaller and support-oriented projects.
