Pros
You may get offer higher than current CTC by including annual variable/bonus etc components. Though such annual variable/bonus you may or may not receive and then need to follow up a lot for everything and thus you'll loose the trust too.
Cons
No work life balance at all - you may end up working 16-20 hrs per day for entire month. Family people must stay away. No job security - you may ask to sit back at home as unpaid employee until they get new project etc and to do cost cutting. Not for techies (nothing to learn technically) - Source code are still lying on SVN or TFS, No CI, CD, TDD. Projects are on .net framework mvc, monolith with MS SQL. Once you step in, even financial growth will be dream, only higher management grows and do team lunch/dinner party etc.
