      Worst management in the US

      Pros

      Not a thing positive to talk about this company. The technologies they work on are age old which they brand and hide under digital umbrella… no depth.

      Cons

      - Pathetic work culture - HR is not qualified and does not know a bit about anything related to HR… worst, it’s puppet in the hands of CEO - CEO is not mentally stable and the main driver of the culture - Lot of reviews mention about discrimination based on nationality, which is true… the strategy of the company is driven from their parent company in Pakistan. So only people from Pakistan can grow here

      I’ve found no significant positives so far.

      Cons

      Worst HR policies. HR is incompetent and have zero employee engagement initiatives. Very high level of micromanagement with changing priorities everyday makes the environment unproductive and demoralizing.

      It is a completely offshore driven company from Pakistan. The company has no plan and intent to offer growth prospects and long term benefits to US people. They actively put positive Glassdoor reviews to present it as a professional and employee friendly organization, while it is not. Everybody here is a puppet of the CEO who is not worthy of the role and has a very shortsighted view. You can do a favor to your career by not joIning here.
