Nothing is good .its BPO company.don't have IT project .

Cons

management is worst and no work life balance every day we have to work minimum 15 ,no weekends and no holidays,you should be available 24/7.even mid night also they ll call .Management is not Care about employee.Its pure BPO company.

In Visionet Systems, thereby learning becomes easy for a newcomer. This is a company which is open to a candidate with abundance of learning opportunity in an wide spectrum of fields and specialisation. There is no restriction for anyone to come out with ideas and innovation. Suggestions for productivity improvement have always been rewarded. There is a very good scope for research and developmental work. Appraisal system is on line and periodic review is involved. Work environment is good. Nothing to worry about stray politics because they are not long lasting. Salary is one of the best in Industry. Performers do have career growth.
