- Poor Work ethics and culture. extremely bad Work life balance specially for the offshore team in PK. Working 12 to 14 hours a day is not a surprise. - Extra work load In PartnerLinq team too many projects are handed over to you with poor or no project project planning. - No PTOs are approved even if you have everything completed. The management is never satisfied. - The leadership has a foul mouth, they would use words like shut-up/You should just quit/ Seems like I'm working with Idiots in open meetings. - No respect for the employees. - Working on public holidays /Eid is a norm. This is specific to team in PK. - zero budget for team building activities.
