Pros

meeting, different elders and hearing stories how things used to be and how they lived growing up.

Cons

company, seems to care more about making money than there employees. will tell you they have lots of work and shifts in your area close to home, which they do not, then expect you to travel 35-40 miles one way for 4 hour shift . they keep job posting they have work in areas that they do not currently have. Hire un experienced workers. Very high turn over rate out of there newberg office. There actions do not match with spoken words. Very bad communication between staff.. My advice run and move on, very more benifits insurance is not worth what you have to pay for, always short staffed with call offs...

Pros

Flexible hours; no supervision; reasonable pay.

Cons

Takes a lot of initiative to get more hours; works with seniors and clients paid for by the state.
