Pros

Clients are fun and a joy to tend to and be around It is very flexible hours. Required to work only 20 hours a month minimum Can work as much over time as you want

Cons

I reported a diaper rash because it was chapped and bleeding over the weekend when the normal girls aren't there. They told me that client always gets those which they get red but here and there it was not to this level. I couldn't go out and get cream cause I would have been late for work and penalized all the upper hands said they would prefer to go home. After my shift I had to be the one to go out and buy the cream for her. They make you watch training videos and take test but only do hands on training once a month or so and you not required to show what you learned after the class. Multiple clients told me girls pull them up by tugging on their arms and they had sore arms/pulled muscles

They lie about the hours you'll get.

Pros

Nice clients, not much else to say

Cons

Many people NEED full time work , I stressed at least 30 hours a week at the interview and before I went in over the phone, then later to the scheduler when I gave her my information, when I started the first week I literally was given 30 hours but suddenly the all disappeared and I ended up with maybe 12 the first week , then 9 the following week . I quit my last job because they couldn't give me enough hours so the fact I stressed 30 hour was crucial. I have to say I'm really disappointed in this place. When I saw I was getting 9 hours a week after being promised 30 I asked them and they told me it goes by seniority ,so they fail to tell you this and lie to get you in the door. Seriously if you need hours dont work here they will lie to you and tell you one thing but you wont get it.
