Pros

they were very flexible with work schedules as long as the family was ok with the changes, and you pretty much worked independently; just having to clock in and out over a phone prompt.

Cons

they only paid $7.25, and if you had a CNA they paid $8.00. Not having to have any prior experience, always wondered what about the people that didn't know how to do anything, or has had no experience in health care, how were they supposed to care for someone.

What I love about working with visiting angels is that youre able to help other people. I love my clients they have become like family to me. I appreciate that VA opened their doors to me and gave me experience in the home health care industry.

Cons

It's takes a lot out of you, I worked 6 days to just reach 40 hours and as a certified nurse assistant I expected to get a little more than just $10an hour. The client coordinators are helpful until you have no more room for clients then they kind of forget about you.
