Disappointing Work Experience Overall

Enjoyed working with the woman In the office.

Cons

No direct or Indirect recognition, no room for advancement. The way the office is ran by the owner was very dishonest. The owner talks about everyone of her workers! Very unprofessional, expects us to work for Free on the weekend. When this is a hourly rate.

Flexible hours, variety of consumers.

Cons

They are always short staffed and call constantly to fill in shifts. While I worked there, they had everyone fill out a schedule of their availability. Even if you had a set work schedule, you were not allowed to schedule doctor appointments during your "available hours" because if they called you on your off day (or between shifts) and you weren't available, they would write you up. I eventually had to modify my availability schedule so it matched only the hours that I regularly worked.

The office staff is the only benefit worth mentioning

Cons

Constant calls and texts to take emergency shifts. No work/life balance. Wage cap at under $17 an hour. Earned PTO of less than 40 hours while working "full time" with several years of employment and taking many many emergency shifts.
