Shift available first, second, third. Each year you get a bonus, a review, and opportunity for more or less hours if need be. Be able to choose your own clients from the list available. Communication with staff is well organized.

Cons

They haven't been able to get me set hours during the week. I have had to work weekends since I started.

I was caregiver....gave myself completely to clients. Was met with discrimination when had to be out for disability.

None. Only the clients. The clients are needy and deserving of good help.

Cons

The management pretends they are Christian. Only treat you well when your doing just what they want. No understanding and discrimination of your disabilities. Low pay. Male owner condescending and lies! Very stuck on his own unattractive ways and non existent charm.
