Pros

Able to pick up extra shifts with late call ins.

Cons

"Company policy states that you need to give us 24 hours to find a replacement for you." I called in with a Migraine that I woke up with.

Pros

flexibility, honesty, never made me feel as an employee but more as family. this company gave me the jump start I needed to get far in life and in my career.

Cons

I had one clients wife who just wanted me gone due to me being young, even with the daily rants and hurtful slurs, visiting angels watched closely and always heard me when I would call, anytime of the day to better fit a caregiver to this home.

Pros

It's great helping the people in need. I have always worked in the service industry caring for those that are struggling.

Cons

Office staff are not trustworthy poor environmental cultural lack of respect and never any praise or incentives Split shifts often have to be taken to make any money Low pay Demanding to the point where you feel like you have to be available 24/7
