Pros

There is nothing good about working for these people. The only pro I can think of is taking care of people in need. I feel sorry for the clients who pay for their service.

Cons

The company does not answer the phone after hours if there is an emergency, they don't want to be bothered with anything. The pay is horrible I switched to another caregiving company and get paid 2.50 more. The company doesn't care about the clients we see or their employees. Good luck luck if you work for these guys. The in office girls are rude and do everything with an attitude. They also gossip with other employee's and coworkers about you.

Pros

I was assigned clients based on my stated hours and days of availability. I was also able to schedule unpaid time off as needed. The home office provided more than sufficient support whenever I encountered an issue. Great fit for a retiree who doesn't need extra benefits.

Cons

None that I can think of. All in all, it was a very fulfilling experience.
