Pros

There is nothing good about working for these people. The only pro I can think of is taking care of people in need. I feel sorry for the clients who pay for their service.

Cons

The company does not answer the phone after hours if there is an emergency, they don't want to be bothered with anything. The pay is horrible I switched to another caregiving company and get paid 2.50 more. The company doesn't care about the clients we see or their employees. Good luck luck if you work for these guys. The in office girls are rude and do everything with an attitude. They also gossip with other employee's and coworkers about you.

Pros

I enjoy bring able to build relationships with clients and give them the one on one attention and care they deserve!

Cons

The office managers make things up, such as what earns a bonus back and what does not, according to their mood. They bad mouth other employees to employees and also talk bad about the cliental and their family members. The paychecks are never on time, unless theyre direct deposited. Continuously spelling my name incorrectly, which makes you feel like a VERY valued employee. Mistakes within payroll are somehow the fault by the employee. I have not met more than a handful of other employees, which makes finding coverage on your own nearly impossible. The telephony system doesn't always connect properly. When you are unable to fill a shift they take it personally. Debra is the only one who is any way shape or form qualified for dealing with people! The owner of the company doesn't do much as make an appearance, I've yet to see or hear from him in 5 years of being employed by the company, although he signs my Christmas card. If it weren't for my wonderful client who I adore I would no longer be an employee in this terrible agency.
