      Very Professional Home Care Company To Work For

      Pros

      Higher pay than other home care companies Paychecks always on time and correct I have more financial security because VA offers me long-term assignments. There is no per diem work 4-hr minimum shifts I get detailed info on client before starting new assignment Everyone in the office is friendly

      Cons

      No health insurance or mileage reimbursement Very strict Everyone is paid the same no matter if a new CHHA or a very experienced one.

      Great office staff, great clients. Jennifer in the abilene, TX office is awesome. Always quick to respond, and very understanding. Great company. They work with your schedule if you have another job

      Can have demanding hours, clients can be demanding, client assignment can be out of town in some cases,
