Pros

The weekly pay and flexibility of shifts is a good reason to work here.

Cons

You don't get over 40 hours a week because they don't want you to get overtime however they do want you to work long 12-15 hours a day shifts. Hourly pay is extremely low. If you have a life they will try and cut what little 40 hours you do have and try to make it look like its difficult for them to make your schedule around your life. If u decline wanting to work with a certain client they will act like theres no other clients and cut your hours. Office employees put good workers on the back burner and have favoritism over whoever they admire. management also give new hires more hours than current employees. They promise raises at time of hire but get amnesia whenever your raise review comes up. Management also lies on staff. If families request you to sit with there loved one management won't even let you know and they will be sure to schedule you around clients who like you the most. Management looks for reason to fire you and get mad when they can't find a reason to. Management is intimidated by workers who already have leadership skills and they try to place you in a box to make sure you don't get ahead of them.
