      A great place to work...but...

      Pros

      Friendly, warm , happy environment for the most part. Positive and uplifting most of the time. Generous and Kind Director.

      Cons

      Unreasonable expectations for team efforts. Carrot was always placed beyond reach. Favoritism to some brown nosing employees. Refusal to pay commissions accordingly- had an angle on pay out for scheduled appointments. Inconsistent direction from higher ups due to health/memory issues. Refusal to pay for staying past scheduled hours- even when it was part of the job or contributing to daily goals. Schizophrenic direction, complaints and accolades all combined. Could be confusing at times. You hit the ground running training was minimal.
