Pros

You are pretty much your own boss as long as you are on time and do what you are hired to do. You are not called constantly to fill shifts. If you want a lot of hours, you can have them if not, it is respected.

Cons

No raises, if you say nothing, management doesn't either. handbook says after 3 months you get a review then a raise after the so called "probation" period. Raises if any, consist of cents not a dollars. Literally cents (.10-.25) and that with most after years of dedicated work. After 5 years of dedication stated at $7.25 and ended at $7.80 I knew of co-workers making less that $8.00 after 10+ years with the company. But owner drives a Jaguar (?)No medical benefits and if wanting employment verification, you will always be a part time employee not NEVER full time. Even if you work 60 hours a week. That is because customers are seniors and could go into a nursing home or pass away and leave you suddenly with no hours.
