Pros

You do not go to an office and check in, you go directly to the home of the person you care for, your day is always different at least mine is. I adore my client, and it really brings a meaning to my day at work, I dont even call it work, I feel like Im going to just help someone out that cant do the things they used to. I Love my job.

Cons

I do not have any.

Pros

It seemed to have potential.

Cons

It's all a bit poorly run. Changes to schedule at the last moment. Long days 7am till 10pm. Seventh-day week, if need full time. lots of gaps waiting for the next client. Sometimes, there is not enough time to get from each client, so arrive late. Then you can't clock in, so it looks like you're not there. System fault but get told off by middle management. Poor fuel allowance. When I questioned this, they said, "Well, some companies pay nothing." Not really the point is it when at the interview the say travel is covered.
