      My boss, Lisa, is incredibly understanding and caring. I appreciate how she always shows up for us in the field. My manager, Donna, excels in training and professionalism. This makes me feel like I'm part of something meaningful, and I don't feel stressed about going to work. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Thanks to Lisa, I understand the business better and see where I fit in. Overall, it's a win-win for me.
