      Pros

      Being able to provide one on one care. The flexibility with scheduling. If you say no to a shift it is alright.

      Cons

      Distance of clients from home. Pay rate is lower than at other places. Not enough recognition for a job well done.

      Management is easy to contact and works with employees to correct any problem issues.

      Cons

      Don't offer enough weekly hours which makes it hard to survive if you are self supporting and you have to sign a no competition clause so you can't look for extra work at any other agencies.
