      Pros

      Flexibility. Able to turn down jobs that don't work for my schedule or aren't a good fit. Good comeraderie. Had a staff holiday party where we all got to know one another, and the area directory expressed warm and genuine gratitude for all of us who serve the company and our clients.

      Cons

      Sometimes a challenging client, but that's not the fault of the company. They do their best to advocate for the safety of their employees.
