Part Time or Long-term Contracting will Never be Good Enough for Full Time

Pays well for on-site work

Cons

Pay can be delayed, assignments only given to a certain few, no attention paid to geographic location and availability. Full timers do most of the work; contractors get thrown the leftovers. Nothing is multi-day or repeated, meaning you can't really develop relationships with the customers. This was all very different in 2024, but for some reason they really don't like contractors anymore. I was told that my travel expenses were " too high." (they were not)

Poor management Owner is out of touch and mean spirited Product is dated and way overpriced Top level management is a boys club with little growth opportunity for women and POC.

The product is excellent, people are passionate with what they create and sell.

Cons

They turn a blind eye to the challenges schools face in learning gaps and funding and are way over-priced. Without the ability to negotiate price, there is no way to win business. Lots of losses in 2021
