Great people and atmosphere to work in. They stress a team environment. They do try to hire and promote within first. Great incentive.

Cons

Heavy turnover in upper management made thing stressful at times.

Good opportunities to advance within the organization. President is focused on growing the business and the management team is open to employee comments. The work life balance could be better as the company operates with a lean staff and if your salary you'll be working from 45 to 50 hours a week.
