While there is good diversity from the general workforce to middle management, upper leadership is mostly white, mostly male, and somewhat conservative. Owned by venture capital; sometimes needed investment is delayed while profit is prioritized making it harder for individuals and projects to fulfill potential. Bonuses are paid on EBITA, profit goals are steep.
