None. I would stay way from this company if I were you.

Cons

There's rampant discrimination in the workplace of Visual Comfort & Co. I don't recommend working here because the managers don't look at the performance of the employees. Instead, they try to feel if they can befriend you and eventually manipulate you. Otherwise, you won't get the recognition you deserve and get any opportunities for advancement.

2 weeks of maternaty leave 3 days of PTO for the entire year accumulate only 1.54 of vacation time Micromanages No employee protection by HR Managers are bullies EXTREMELY high turnover rate Hourly position with no raise and you get $350 after tax as a "bonus"

The product selection is impressive and well-crafted.

Cons

Discrimination based on race was blatantly ignored, which made the job agonizing. Executives showed zero accountability for addressing serious concerns, leaving employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. Instead of fostering inclusivity, they seemed more focused on maintaining appearance than solving real problems. It was frustrating to see such disregard for fairness in a company that relies heavily on teamwork and collaboration.
