Pros
I was a temp hire so I was only on for a year however, everyone is respectful and nice. The office tries to be diverse and has a cafeteria, gym, and break areas. The art team was very welcoming and helped out when they could. They were very open to creative ideas that will help out the pipeline,
Cons
This was four years ago so I am not sure if things will change. The temp positions are exactly what they are. They have you on for a year and that's it. I know they used to have someone on longer and you would eventually move into full-time. However, at that time they were not going forward with that model of employment.
