Flexible schedule, good clients, leader in the marketing attribution field, many more to expect for the future product layout

Cons

seriously, no culture in the company, many ppl work remotely and even when working in the office, no close collaboration or relationship between each other; salary not so high

- Quality people: Most people here are with excellent qualification/experience before joining. Several people are from IIMs, MNCs, Big 5 etc. People are nice to work with. - Good Career Oppertunities: So many avenues to horn your technical, management and consulting skills. - Excellent Compensation - Working with Brand name clients gives us top quality experience. - Supportive management

Cons

- Management is too democratic. - Client is the king: But sometimes a little bit of advance planning can avoid unnecessory fires.
