Pros

Forces you to learn fast and gain extremely relevant background of performance and industry tracking abilities that can play into the rest of your career. There are a lot of smart people there, and there is great opportunity to grow and learn.

Cons

Slightly too idealistic. They complicated the product for the extra degree of accuracy that the clients didnt truly need in all cases.

Pros

This was the best company I ever worked for. Best employee policies, great atmosphere to work, wonderful colleagues, great salary, great technologies and on top of that, excellent work life balance.

Cons

The only reason I left the company is that I was looking forward to work on bigdata and related technologies because that was my core competency. Unfortunately, due to requirement changes, I was not able to find good opportunities in the company. Otherwise I would have stayed there forver

Pros

- Good atmosphere. - Good people around you. - Good salary package - Good technology - Good W/L balance - Feel at home (people are very informal), you are in your comfort zone - Too good surroundings

Cons

- Vision/ path - no clarity on this - There are politically good (technically poor) people, who can sell even a fridge to an eskimo, on the driving seat. (usual, its fine) - Favouritism (its everywhere you cant avoid it) - Some positions are not needed, some positions are filled with wrong guys - and such guys are over payed (to a level no one can imagine). Please do not make it a retirement home.
