Pros
High expectations on individuals and you can own your tasks .. Flexible timings but you will need to balance the work load accordingly.. Nice HR Team and seriously nothing like family driven organization as i see some bad comments on this ..
Cons
Less of team work and not many managers know what exactly happens on a project just ask us and update business persons.. Business analyst team require some basic DB skills.. They makeup what ever wanted of the product and bring down the standard of the product..They experiment something wrong and end up saying customer asked for it ...

Pros
- Industry best compensation and other perks - Equally good for those who want learn more and those who want to stick on with what they are already doing - Friendly management - Lot of cultural activities
Cons
- tasks sometimes become too hectic and needs to stretch out in the night and weekends often - A bit too strict on the notice period. One must serve the entire 3 months or needs to pay 3 months full salary (not the basic) in case of early termination.
