Pros
I can not thank enough that I got a chance to work at Visvero and with Arvind and the rest of the team. I do not think I ever got a chance to really thank Arvind for all of his support, mentorship he provided me over the years. He is the best boss I ever had and Visvero is the best place I worked to date period
Two things that set Visvero apart from others are:
1. Learning and Opportunities- I get to learn many different tools and technology during my time there. Visvero assisted me with many certifications and gave me opportunity to attend several conferences and forums. My learning at Visvero in about 2.5 years I was there, is many times more than 10+ years I have spent collectively at other firms.
2. Support and Mentoring - I always experimented, tried my hand at so many different things, best part about my experience at Visvero was the support I received. I can remember late evenings I would spend time with Arvind, trying to bore him with my random ideas. When I look back now, and no matter how weak some of the ideas were, I always received full support and encouragement to try things out. I do not think I can ever have a more supporting manager than Arvind. There was a time I had issues with my visa/immigration and the support I received from the US and the India team was phenomenal.
Advice to prospective employees - Yes, Visvero might not be the biggest solution delivery firm out there but if you are looking to learn and grow in the data analytics and visualization space, have the team and mentors that will go above and beyond in supporting your career growth, this is the place to be!
Cons
There is absolutely none. Read my paragraph above - this is absolutely the best place I have ever worked to date and I doubt any other place will ever match that bar.
