      Pros

      Company's Core Values, if you followed -SOAR- being Successful having an Ownership mentality showing Accountability & being Resourceful. In a nutshell, if followed, it is constructive for the company as well as the employee. I personally attach my work with the values of the company and am proud of it. Also, they are invested in their employees well being, believe in work-life balance, and provide growth opportunities by offering an incentive package that depends on how the employee avails it to their advantage.

      Cons

      The company is trying to bring a lot of changes to its process to incorporate the changing markets and still learning and growing. Stay in the know-how and keep progressing.

      Pros

      The Very Good part of Working at Visvero : Everyone is reachable Including Arvind Handu and they get back to us within a day or two. Everyone is very passionate about their work and is willing to listen to your concerns and help in resolving it. Management is trying to Acquire new Clients and work constantly for new oppurtunities.

      Cons

      Not Specifically a Con I would say but Company has to do little more in finding more Opportunities(More Marketing) for Existing Employees to grow.
