Your direct team is good. Free lunches. Good office location.

Cons

While I was at Vital, I had 4 managers in the span of a calendar year. This was because so many long term team members quit to move onto better roles. Management and leadership are shortsighted and confident to coast. Expectations do not align with reviews. Salary is below market rate for many roles. Salary expectations are misleading.
