An agency who cares about their people

Pros

- Lots of talented people - A leadership team and HR department that is passionate about the employees and not just its clients - Leadership is transparent about their goals and the problems they're actively trying to solve for the company - One of the most stable agencies I've seen.

Cons

- Not much mobility unless you start at an entry-level role, but this is pretty common with agencies - Client verticals are pretty dry industries - Don't expect leadership to adapt to new ideas unless they come to the conclusions themselves. Changing methods to meet the evolving marketing landscape is a six-month waiting game at best.

Pros

-The benefits are quite good, especially the unlimited PTO and ability to work pretty much anywhere — you can even work from the Costa Rican rainforest as long as you're willing to sync up to Eastern Standard Time! -There used to be a pervasive tech bro / work-hard-play-hard vibe here, but leadership has worked at listening more to employees rather than telling them THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO WORK EVER (it's fine). -It depends on your team/department, but the people are the main reason I've stayed. Pretty much everyone is very down to earth. The majority of the workforce are millennials, but Gen X and Zoomers fit in happily too.

Cons

-The main con is the same as any agency's — it's a client-first world. Again, it depends on your role / department, but account managers are the ones who have to deal with the most grief; production team members (designers, copywriters) are pretty safe. -Some roles / departments have less opportunities for advancement than others. I think this issue may have been raised to leadership in the past, since they have been steadily adding new roles for the past several years.
