Pros

There are also some nice perks, like occasional discounts on products. You will meet nice people.

Cons

The organization is currently going through a lot of changes. Higher up managers can be out of touch with reality and be on their high horses. When the other reviews mentioned toxic managers they are not lying. There is high turnover. It is very rare to see someone beyond 2 years in the company.

Cons

There is dysfunction at the C-Level that slows down progress, disengages crew members and creates friction because of their egos and mentality that they are the smartest people in the room.
