Pros

VitalCaring is ever-growing with opportunities to advance and grow with it. The leadership team is top-notch -- supportive and encouraging, exceptionally knowledgeable, and very present in the day-to-day operations of the company.

Cons

As the company expands, growing pains are inevitable. It's a relatively new company that plans to grow by acquisition, so each acquisition brings added challenges to integrate into the existing processes. But that's where my role comes in -- we figure out how to overcome those challenges.

This office has a great / positive culture. We have wonderful support from the top down. There are processes in place for any situation that arises. I enjoy working for a company with such great values and guiding principles with a mission "to transform lives and foster hope by bringing a culture of caring to every encounter"
