Support from all departments throughout the organization. Supervisors/Directors that really care about their employees. Positive work environment with great communication. I have a fantastic Regional Director who made me feel part of the team on day one.

Cons

New to company, so assimilation is challenging - but rewarding.

Pros

I have worked at Vital Caring for 2 years. I have had the necessary support to do my job. We have quite a few office and field staff that have been with the company for many years. Vital Caring understands the importance of work/life balance. Benefits are comparable to other companies.

Cons

Our staff has complained about not getting pay increases. HR/Recruiting could use some improvement. Sometimes there is a lack of communication between leadership and the local branches.

I have been working at VitalCaring for 10+ years now, and I can genuinely say that the management team is fantastic. They truly care about their colleagues, providing a supportive environment that encourages growth. What's even better is their constant drive to advance. One of the standout aspects of working here is the collaborative culture. Everyone works as a team and listens to each other's ideas. It is incredibly rewarding to see how our collective input shapes the direction of the company. I feel valued and heard, which makes a huge difference in my day-to-day job satisfaction. Overall, VitalCaring is a fantastic place to work!

Cons

The con a while back was communication. Since new management, this has improved in a variety of ways!! It is now a breath of fresh air.
