Vitalcaring Batesville has a great team. This is a rewarding position with good work/life balance. Office staff have great communication skills with clinicians.

Cons

This office covers a significant service area, however, office staff is very understanding of this and works to provide manageable schedules.

Employer: very team oriented, balanced daily workflow, learning opportunities, Great benefits/PTO and 401K! Open communication from all of the management staff including cooperate.

Cons

Office is growing so fast which is always exciting. However, I would like to have more time to spend with each individual new hire to ensure they have what they need to be successful.
