We have progressed so well the last few years....a few bumps along the way, but we are on such a great trajectory. We have the best executive leadership team in the business. Caring about people is the heart of our mission and our clinicians inspire me every day. The passion and commitment is unmatched.

Cons

We are a rising company and that comes with growth challenges sometimes....but we are getting there.

Pros

Some areas have good managers. Generous PTO policy.

Cons

Very little diversity. Not focused on quality care, only $$$. Despite having immense financial capability and not being a public company, not focused on giving back to society. Disappointing to see taking undue advantage of CMS rules and overutilize Medicare benefits
