Pros

Leadership is really good, but as we move through standardization, I feel less supported. Interacting with the donors is the best feeling. Learning a valuable trade, that, depending on the state, doesn't require a degree.

Cons

Long, kind of screwy hours. Given a set schedule, days wise, but each day is different. Not worried about the strength or weaknesses of employees, long as there's a body. Doesn't value mental health as it should.

Can advance very quickly and all of the supervisors care about you and want you to always be able to achieve the best version of yourself.
