      Has a built up reputation, has great people working there but really bad management

      Cons

      They do not care about their employees. Hostile, toxic work environment. They pit workers against each other. Old outdated equipment. They do not pay for performance.

      New people don't stand a chance and are the scapegoat. You're expected to just keep your mouth shut and even then you'll still get wrote up. Manager loves to bring folks in she deems a credible threat to write up. I was wrote upnfor being hospitalized, and for something that shouldn't have fallen on me and the person prior to me that did the mistake that was made. Theres also an egotistical male that if he thinks youre beneath him will twist your words and actions and get you wrote up
