Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and we are sorry to hear the variety in schedule is challenging, We share with our candidates during the application and interview process that the role of Phlebotomist requires flexibility in schedule. While the position does require both AM and PM availability, we try to notify our team members of their upcoming schedule 2-3 weeks in advance so our team members can plan ahead, and we can support their work life balance. We also try to provide a schedule that offers our team members 2 consecutive days off each week. We value your feedback and welcome you to share suggestions with your direct supervisor if you see opportunities for us to improve in the scheduling process.
