Pros

Almost a living wage, decent benefits.

Cons

Worked nearly twice as many hours as they originally said they were going to give us. Constant condescending attitudes from supervisors. Terrible hours (10+ hour day, ending in the last evening with a 4am wake up for the next shift, etc). No transparency from management. No real growth opportunites.

Everyone is committed to the mission of the organization which is raising funds to save lives by securing blood donations from the community and providing lifesaving blood components to hospital patients.

Cons

People are still learning the name and how to pronounce it.
