Pros

Great people, great working environment overall. Good benefits and very generous PTO policy. People generally care about the work they do and executive management seems to take complaints or criticisms on the internal surveys seriously.

Cons

Expectations versus compensation are a little imbalanced. Turnover is also very low, which is good for the company, but it has the negative side effect of creating a ridiculously competitive environment anytime a position does open up.
