Entry level, steady hours, not a whole bunch else...

Cons

After Bloodsource became Vitalant everything went downhill. Everything has become very corporate, very goal driven, you start to feel very detached to the "saving peoples lives" part of the job, extremely repetitive, Donors hate the change as well they hang up on us constantly, feel like we are sucking them dry and pushing them to donate way too often.

Upper management doesnt care about the community They took over Central Blood Bank and made it worse Have no support from corporate
