      Pros

      Great Instructional Design team which worked well together...helpful and collaborative. Diverse projects but most work was revision processes ; must be highly organized and effective multi-tasker.

      Cons

      Due to longevity on the job, many employees work there for more that 20+ years it makes buy in difficult because the culture is obstinate... old and stagnate. Projects would get shot down because it looked or seemed new and wishing to stay with the tried and true. There is very little succession planning for growth ... either retirement or death and then hiring for mangement positions are usually from the outside.

      Pros

      Family oriented company. Takes care of their own. People are long termers. They tend to stay a very long time.

      Cons

      Because people stay a long time, they tend not to have any other experience with any other company. It can be difficult to get management to see any other ways of doing things.
