If you like being active on the job, this is the job for you. Constant workload 3 shifts, good benefits including dental and vision.

Cons

A lot of heavy lifting. Good job for college students wanting to make extra money. Or fresh out of high school looking for a side job.

Pros

Excellent company to work for. Very transparent and excellent communication to all departments in regards to the company and the direction it's going in. The hiring process was quick and efficient - this might vary based on department. PTO accrues very quickly.

Cons

Only 6 paid company holidays.
