      Traveling is nice you get meet other staff from different center.

      Cons

      if your donors iron is to low then it's counted against you as well if they can't locate a city or town on a map also if you want to take vacation and don't have the pto then your request is denied

      The mission is real and helps people. There is a sincere desire to fulfill this mission. The change needed to take the organization forward is achievable. Achieving this change will make a real difference.

      Cons

      Extremely change resistant culture. Many long time employees who don't know, or want to know, any other way. A "not invented here" mindset.

      Good people, they work hard and believe in the mission. Most have a can do attitude and enjoy being there.

      Cons

      Management, good old boys club. They are running the business into the ground. Numerous lay offs and they allow some people to dictate the entire project with no project management experience.
