From NJ - company will provide training if you have zero experience which is nice considering this is a relatively unknown industry. They also support further education after hire in the field with ASCP licensure.

Cons

I heard a colleague telling someone that their supervisor was threatening to give their staff bad reviews so they don't get a raise because they are upset these staff do not want to be friends with them. I also overheard this supervisor engaged in a physical relationship with their previous direct manager while they reported to them and are suspected to have also engaged in a physical relationship with a direct report in the past. It was also mentioned that this supervisor has said the 'N' word in front of their staff and has gotten drunk while on break and came back and threw up in front of their staff.
